The MBTA site visit will take place on Sunday August 9th and you will need to register via email to Sabera.Sattar@RailwayGazette.com
Site visit registration will open at 11:00am with the site visit starting promptly at 12:00pm & 1:45pm. Please check your confirmation email to see what group number you have been allocated.
How will I get my badge?
You can collect your pass from the registration desk, situated outside of the Pacific Grand Ballroom on the third floor.
Is there free WiFI?
Yes, there is free Wifi available during the conference.
How do I get CPD points?
We are an organisational provider and will send attendees a CPD certificate post event. It is then the individual’s responsibility to evaluate their learning and record it appropriately into their CPD portfolio, according to their institute’s requirements. As a recommendation, 1 hour of learning = 1 CPD point.
How can I attend the Delegate Gala Dinner?
You will need to confirm your attendance via email to Sabera.Sattar@RailwayGazette.com. The Gala Dinner is free to attend for those who have purchased a 3-day pass. If you have purchased a 2-day pass, then you can attend the dinner for an additional $100.
Can I apply for a press pass?
You can apply for a press pass here. Alternatively, you can register on arrival as long as you have a business card / ID that can identify that you belong to a press organisation.
How do I get the conference documentation /presentations?
Presentations will be available one week after the show. All attendees will receive a link to download the presentations via email.
